Applications

Single-use UltraCure DOT™ wet curing blankets maintain constant, complete hydration while holding relative humidity at 100% on the slab for a 14-day curing period. With this blanket, surface discoloration is reduced and the concrete slab cures more evenly.

Advantages

Absorbs and distributes water evenly over the entire concrete slab surface. Maintains a relative humidity of 100 % on the slab for at least 14 days. Helps reduce material, labor, rewetting, storage, and transportation costs compared with traditional wet-curing methods. Increases the strength and durability of the concrete. Reduces concrete permeability, cracking, crazing, dusting, and efflorescence. Improves abrasion resistance. Helps prevent plastic-shrinkage cracking.
