Description

CS-309-20 is a clear, non-yellowing formulation containing 20% acrylic resins as well as selected plasticizers blended with a quick-evaporating solvent. When applied to freshly placed concrete, it forms a tough, uniform film that retains moisture and simultaneously promotes curing and sealing of the concrete. CS-309 meets the 350 g/L VOC limit for concrete curing compounds.

  • CS-309-20 is used to cure and seal freshly placed concrete in vertical and horizontal applications when superior curing is desired through a tight seal that provides moisture retention and a high solids content.

Advantages

  • Breathable film that allows moisture to evaporate from the cured concrete. Retains mixing water in the concrete to promote complete hydration of the cement paste in order to produce hard, dense concrete. Helps minimize hairline cracks, thermal cracking, dusting, and other defects.
