Applications

Single-use UltraCure NCF™ (Natural Cellulose Fabric) wet curing blankets maintain a constant, evenly distributed level of hydration over the entire slab surface while holding relative humidity at 100% for a 7-day curing period. Using this blanket prevents surface discoloration and allows the concrete slab to cure more evenly.

Advantages

The rolls present the fabric side ready to unroll for easier installation. No joint taping required. Absorbs and distributes water evenly over the entire slab surface. Opaque reflective poly liner that makes it possible to confirm visually that the slab stays wet for the entire curing period. Lower material, labor, rewetting, storage, and transportation costs compared with traditional wet curing methods. Increases the strength and durability of the concrete. Reduces concrete permeability, cracking, crazing, dusting, and efflorescence. Improves abrasion resistance. Helps prevent plastic shrinkage cracking.
