Description

SikaGrout®-4316 is a high-performance grout designed to provide high compressive strength, both short-term and long-term, over a wide range of application and service temperatures. Its superior performance is based on an innovative hydraulic binder combined with premium mineral aggregates.

Once mixed with water, SikaGrout®-4316 produces a fluid, pumpable grout that is easy to place, suitable for a variety of construction and anchoring applications. It can be installed at temperatures ranging from 35 to 100 °F (2 to 38 °C), offering great flexibility for work carried out in different climatic conditions.

Can be placed in hot weather, up to 100 °F (38 °C).
Can be placed in cold weather, down to 35 °F (2 °C).
Exceptional resistance to high temperatures, up to 1 000 °F (538 °C).
Homogeneous, fluid, pumpable formulation that makes placement easier.
Single-component product offering simple preparation, placement, and cleanup.
Positive expansion when tested in accordance with ASTM C1090.
Resistant to freeze and thaw cycles.
Coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of concrete, promoting optimal compatibility with the substrate.
Ultimate compressive strength of 16 000 psi.
