Applications

For horizontal and vertical filling of prestressing cable ducts in post-tensioned structures. Used to anchor and fill or repair voids in the ducts of post-tensioned reinforcement for corrosion protection. Used for injection into tight spaces where high-silica grouts are not suitable.

Advantages

It is sand-free, which allows injection and repair of voids in ducts in post-tensioned structures. Packaged by an ISO 9001/9002 certified company, which ensures uniformity of the products manufactured. Contains no aluminum powder or any other component that releases hydrogen, carbon dioxide, or oxygen. Contains silica fume for low permeability. For additional corrosion protection, replace 75 mL (2.5 fl oz) of water with 75 mL (2.5 fl oz) of Sika FerroGard 901 for each 22.7 kg (50 lb) bag of SikaGrout 300 PT. Easy to use
only water needs to be added. Non-metallic
does not stain or rust. Non-corrosive
contains no chlorides. No bleeding, even in a fluid state. Very easy to pump: no segregation, even in a fluid state. No buildup in the feed hoppers. Superior freeze-thaw resistance. Conforms to CRD C 621 and ASTM C1107 (Type C). Approved by the Quebec Ministry of Transportation.
