Applications

On concrete below grade, above grade, or at grade. Overlay and repair of roads. Structural repairs of roads, parking areas, bridges, dams, and concrete ramps. Full-depth patching. Repair of horizontal concrete or mortar surfaces.

Advantages

Particularly suitable for hot-weather applications requiring extended working time. Rapid curing as defined in ASTM C928. Can be used with Sikacem Accelerator in cold weather to increase early strength and reduce curing time. Compatible with Sikafloor, SikaBond, and Sika AcouBond systems. Can be covered with an epoxy coating after 6 hours. Freeze-thaw resistance. Economical, easy-to-use patching product that saves labor costs. Contains no chlorides. Formulated with inert, non-reactive aggregates to eliminate any possibility of an alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR). Reopens to pedestrian traffic in 4 hours and to vehicles in 6 hours [23 °C (73 °F)]. Applies easily to a clean, sound substrate. Is not a vapor barrier. Approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
