Description

RS-S10 SCC is a high-performance, rapid-hardening, polymer-modified, self-consolidating concrete mix designed for concrete repairs. It is a high-performance, pre-blended, factory-bagged, self-consolidating concrete repair mix. It contains Rapid Set® cement, a redispersible powder polymer, 10 mm (3/8 in.) stone, and other carefully selected additives.

Applications

Using formwork, repair of concrete beams, columns, and soffits on bridges, multi-level parking structures, or any other concrete structures. Place RS-S10 SCC at a minimum thickness of 50 mm (2 po). Use RS-S10 SCC for closed-formwork repairs only

Advantages

Very rapid strength development to speed up the work. Thanks to its superior plastic properties, this concrete produces a very fluid mix without bleeding or segregation. Easy placement without rodding or vibration. Hardened properties similar to those of conventional concrete, so fully compatible with most concrete substrates to be repaired. Excellent adhesion to the existing substrate without the use of a bonding agent or cement grout. Compatible with the use of corrosion inhibitors. Formulated with fine and coarse natural aggregates of normal density, non-reactive, in order to eliminate any potential alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR).
