MS-S6 SCC is a high-performance, pre-packaged, self-consolidating concrete mix designed for concrete repairs. It is a pre-blended, factory-bagged concrete repair mix. It contains Portland cement, silica fume, 6 mm (1/4 in.) stone, and other carefully selected additives.

Applications

Place MS-S6 SCC at a minimum thickness of 38 mm (1½ in.). Use MS-S6 SCC for closed-formwork repairs only

Advantages

Thanks to its superior plastic properties, this concrete produces a very fluid mix with no bleeding or segregation. Easy placement with no rodding or vibration. Entrained air providing superior resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and to scaling caused by de-icing salts. Excellent pumping characteristics. Hardened properties similar to those of conventional concrete, so fully compatible with most concrete substrates to be repaired. High resistance to sulfate attack. Very low permeability. Low shrinkage. Compatible with the use of corrosion inhibitors. * Formulated with normal-density natural fine and coarse aggregates that are non-reactive in order to eliminate any potential alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR)
