Blueskin® PE200HT is a self-adhered roofing underlayment consisting of an SBS rubberized bitumen with a high melting point, laminated to a blue, high-density cross-laminated polyethylene film with a slip-resistant surface. It is designed to provide secondary waterproofing protection under roofing materials. It can withstand service temperatures up to 260 °F (127 °C).
