Applications

On horizontal surfaces subject to light foot traffic, such as balconies. Used for waterproofing basins, tanks, and potable water cisterns. Exterior and interior, to waterproof concrete and brick or concrete block structures and protect them from moisture. For protection against damage caused by freeze/thaw and de-icing salts in concrete structures. Used to seal static microcracks in concrete structures. Used indoors and outdoors for basement waterproofing. Used to protect extruded polystyrene foam.

Advantages

Contributes to the waterproofing of concrete basins, tanks, and cisterns. Protects against water penetration while remaining permeable to water vapor (allowing the substrate to breathe). Excellent freeze-thaw resistance. Good adhesion to solid, prepared substrates. Quick and easy to mix and apply. Good abrasion resistance. Protects against carbonation of the concrete
2 mm (80 mils) of SikaTop Seal 107CA equals 150 mm (6 po) of concrete. Formulated with inert, non-reactive aggregates to eliminate any possibility of an alkali-aggregate reaction (RAG). Adjustable consistency for application as grout or by trowel. Improves the appearance of concrete and masonry structures. Approved for contact with potable water, NSF-ANSI Standard 61 (special order only).
