RS-S10 is a high-performance, rapid-hardening, polymer-modified concrete mix designed for concrete repairs. It is a high-performance, pre-blended, factory-bagged concrete repair mix. It contains Rapid Set® cement, a redispersible powder polymer, sand, and stone with a controlled gradation and a maximum nominal size of 10 mm (3/8 in.), as well as other carefully selected additives.

Applications

Partial- or full-depth repairs of concrete slabs in multi-level parking structures, balconies, or bridge decks. Areas to be repaired that must be returned to service quickly. Place RS-S10 at a minimum thickness of 38 mm (1½ po)

Advantages

Very rapid strength development to speed up the work. Hardened properties similar to those of conventional concrete, so fully compatible with most concrete substrates to be repaired. Ideal for full-depth repairs, and does not require the addition of aggregates. Formulated with fine and coarse natural aggregates of normal density, non-reactive, in order to eliminate any potential alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR). A membrane can be applied 8 hours after placement. Compatible with the use of corrosion inhibitors. The management system governing the manufacture of all KING products is certified ISO 9001:2015
