Description

KING MS-S10 is a high-performance, pre-packaged concrete mix for concrete repairs and new construction. It is a high-performance, pre-blended, factory-bagged concrete mix. It contains Portland cement, an air-entraining agent, silica fume, synthetic fibres, sand, and stone with a controlled gradation and a maximum nominal size of 10 mm (3/8 in.), as well as other carefully selected additives.

Applications

Partial- or full-depth repairs of concrete slabs in multi-level parking structures, balconies, bridge decks, or any other concrete structures. Place KING MS-S10 at a minimum thickness of 38 mm (1½ po). Any new concrete construction exposed to freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, or salt air (chloride)

Advantages

Entrained air providing high resistance to freeze-thaw cycles as well as to scaling caused by de-icing salts. Hardened properties similar to those of conventional concrete, and therefore fully compatible with most concrete substrates to be repaired. Excellent durability. Very low bleeding. High resistance to sulfate attack. Very low permeability. Low shrinkage. Ideal for full-depth repairs; does not require added aggregate. Excellent bond to the existing substrate without a bonding agent or cement grout. Compatible with the use of corrosion inhibitors (for more information on using a corrosion inhibitor with KING MS-S10, please contact your Technical Representative). Formulated with natural fine and coarse aggregates of normal density, non-reactive, in order to eliminate any potential alkali-aggregate reaction (RAG).
