CELLFILLER E-20 is a pre-blended, pre-packaged expansive grout specially designed for filling cells and other cavities when laying concrete blocks. This mix is composed of cementitious materials, sand with a controlled gradation, and other carefully selected components. CELLFILLER E-20 conforms to Table 7 of CSA-A179-14 for a fine grout with water added on the jobsite.
