Air-Bloc® 17MR is a single-component, water-based elastomeric membrane applied in liquid form, designed to form a vapor-permeable barrier against air and water on above-grade walls. After curing, it forms a tough, monolithic, rubber-like membrane that resists air leakage and water penetration.
