3M(MC) FIP 1-Step firestop foam is a firestop product used to fill the annular space created by pipes and cables penetrating rated construction. This product foams in place to fill the void between the through-penetrant (the pipe, the cable, etc.) and the wall, creating a firestop seal that restores the fire-resistance rating of the entire wall.
